About Community Wellness & Safety of Arizona

Each of our certified fingerprint technicians adhere to and maintain the highest degree of up-to-date techniques and procedures for the state of Arizona and Nationwide (FBI) fingerprinting standards.

Our health clinic services (Mobile and at our Gilbert & Phoenix locations) are run by licensed or registered nurses who adhere to strict quality control standards as required by Arizona Department of Health Services and the Arizona State Board of Nursing. They are very knowledgeable in their area of expertise to provide the best services possible to their clients. This shows by our customers returning to our offices for additional services, when their future needs require it.

Community Wellness & Safety of Arizona also extensively provides hearing and vision screening for school children throughout Arizona. Our hearing and vision staff are licensed or registered nurses, and/or or have received training and certification through Az DHS Office of Women & Children's Health. We work jointly with the community to provide resources for those children who are in need of referral to physicians or specialists as the result of the outcome of their hearing or vision screening. Our goal in the school setting is to identify those children who may be at academic risk due to vision or hearing concerns and to assure each child at potential risk has the availability of proper healthcare to facilitate evaluation and treatment when indicated.
